ORDERING & PAYMENT

PLACING AN ORDER

When you see an item you like and have decided to purchase it, click on " Add to Cart" to add your item into your shopping cart. You will see a prompt " Added to Cart" on your top right hand corner when item has been successfully added to cart.  Once you are done shopping, you may click onto your cart on the top right hand corner of the page and view the items in your cart. You made edit the quantity and edit your orders or add special instructions, after you have finished making any changes in your orders and quantities, you may click "Check Out" - to pay by bank transfer or "Check out with Paypal" - to pay by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Please review your order carefully before placing it, once orders are placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.

Young, Hungry, Free. accepts the following:

  • Bank Transfer ( For customers based in Singapore only) 
  • Paypal
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • Discover
  • American Express


SALES TAX

All taxes via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express will be absorbed by Young, Hungry, Free. However, Young, Hungry, Free.won't be liable for addition tax incurred by customs/ shipping.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place your order, you will be given an order number. You will also receive a confirmation email/ Invoice with an order summary ( And payment details if you have selected Bank Transfer as a payment option).

 

ORDER STATUS

You may log into your account to check the order status of your order. When payment is received/verified, you should receive a shipping confirmation from Young, Hungry, Free, your parcel will then be mailed out within one working day. In the rare chance that you did not receive any shipping confirmation from Young, Hungry, Free. within 24 hours, please drop us an email with your order number at [email protected]

 

BACKORDERS/ PRE ORDERS

Occasionally, we may open up backorder for sold out items, or pre orders for items that we do not have stocked at that moment.
You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as stocks are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed on the product page. We will do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances, we may experience delays. If so, we will email you the new expected delivery dates.
