DEFECTS / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED


In the rare case where we have made an error with your order, such as a wrong item, error received or if the item received is defective, kindly email us at [email protected] with your Order Number and with pictures clearly showing the defect or wrong item received. Our Customer Care Team will get back to you within 2 working days.

You may return the items with all tags intact, in original packaging within 10 days of delivery for an exchange. Postage costs incurred will be fully reimbursed.


Our standard procedure for defective items is to send a replacement piece. If your item is no longer in stock, or upon your request, a full refund or store credit will be made.


For wrong items/errors received, a pre-paid return envelope will be sent together with the correct item you ordered. We kindly ask for your assistance to pack the wrong items into the envelope and drop it at the nearest post box at your convenience.

EXCHANGES


We do not accept or arrange for one-on-one exchanges at this time. We do however, accept returns of non-sale purchases within 30 days of receipt, which you can then use the store credits returned to repurchase the items in your desired color/size. Stock availability will not be guaranteed. This ensures that no items are being reserved by customers and all inventory are fair on a first-paid-first-serve basis.

RETURNS


Notice:
With effect from 12 September 2016, returns are to be requested and mailed back within 30 days of receipt (Local) and 45 days of receipt (International). Store credits issued will be valid for 90 days from the date the return is processed.


All online purchases made directly through YOUNGHUNGRYFREE.COM are valid for a refund in store credits within 30 working days of receipt (Local) / 45 working days of receipt (International). Our return process is conducted primarily via post, if you wish to drop your return package at our pop-up store/HQ, kindly follow the same process and inform us at [email protected] of the deposit at our pop-up store/HQ.

All purchases at our pop-up stores or stockists are subjected to their separate return conditions and policies.

 

Return Conditions:

  •       Merchandise must be returned within 30 working days (Local)/ 45 working days (International) from the date item is delivered.
  •       Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed and unworn condition.
  •       Merchandise must have all original tags attached.
  •       Sales items, intimates and swimwear are not eligible for returns
  •       Returns must come with an attached RMA.
  •       Orders placed using Return Credit Vouchers / Promotion / Discount Codes will not be eligible for returns.*

 

For returns to be valid, items have to be mailed back within the stipulated time frame. All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and unfortunately we will not be able to refund duties and/or taxes.

 

Returns that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for return and will be declined. Additional shipping fees for the items to be re-dispatched will be borne by the customer.

 

Returns can and will only be refunded in store credits valid for 90 days and are strictly non-refundable nor extendable. Store credits issued can only be utilized in a single transaction, any excess amount will not be refunded.

 

Customers are advised to mail returns via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Young Hungry Free will not be liable for lost mail and returns will not be processed if the item does not reach us. All return packages are the responsibility of the customer.

 

All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase with the returned store credits will not be reserved/guaranteed.


* Vouchers Codes used on orders that will not be eligible for returns are store discount codes and Return Credit Vouchers that start with V and ends with your Order Number i.e. VxxxCxxxxxO#####

HOW TO RETURN

  1.      Your account must be a customer account (not guest) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need to convert your guest account, kindly contact our Customer Care Team.
  2.      Go to My Account > Order History and view the Order Summary of the order(s) placed for the item(s) you wish to return.
  3.      Select the item(s) you wish to return within the order and let us know why.
  4.      Your return request will be approved/declined in 1 working day.
  5.      Download and print the RMA once your return has been approved.
  6.      Pack your items and insert the RMA in the package and send the parcel to the address below:

Inform us at [email protected] before depositing your return at our pop-up store/HQ.

  1.      Send the parcel’s tracking number (if any) to [email protected]
  2.      You will receive an email once we have received your return parcel. Once we have confirm receipt of your return parcel, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your Store Credit Voucher to be sent to you. Store Credits will expire in 90 days and cannot be exchanged into cash.

We will not be able to process your return if we do not receive your parcel.

You should be able to see the RMA download link under "My Merchandise Returns" in your account. Please refer to the screenshot below with the link to download the RMA below. The link is rather obscure.

STORE CREDIT

  •        Store Credit is non-transferrable to another person or account.
  •        Issued Store Credit is linked to your customer account (if registered). You will have to be logged in to utilise it.
  •        Store Credit can only be used online on www.younghungryfree.com
  •        Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  •        Any amount for your Store Credit has to be used in a single purchase, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
  •        Store Credit issued for returns expire in 90 days.
  •        Store Credit is strictly non-refundable nor extendable.
