LOCATION: FUNAN MALL

Responsibilities

• Represent Young Hungry Free
• Uphold efficiency and customer satisfaction; Provide exceptional, impressionable and memorable experience for everyone who steps into the store
• Performing start-of-day duties and upkeep the store throughout the day 
• Performing end-of-day cleaning and closing duties
• Receiving, organizing, replenishing and managing store inventory, quality check and weekly stock count
• Handle and process customer's requests, exchanges and returns efficiently
• Handle and resolve customers' complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-months commitment period
• Able to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including 1 peak (Thursday PM to Sunday) shift & 1 full shift
• Full shift: 11:00-22:00 , Half Shift (AM): 11:00-16:30 , Half Shift (PM): 16:30-22:00
• Able to commit to a fixed weekly schedule
• Prior customer service experience is a bonus
• Strong command of the English language
• Ability to work independently and well under deadlines and pressure
