RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DEFECT / ERROR
In the rare case where we have made an error with your order, such as an incorrect item received or if the item received is defective, kindly email us at email@example.com with the following details within 10 days of delivery:
- Order Number
- Pictures clearly showing the defect or wrong item received
Our Customer Care Team will get back to you within 2 working days.
Our standard procedure on errors would be to send your correct order, or a brand new replacement piece. If your item is no longer in stock, a refund in cash or store credit will be offered.
Along with your correct order/replacement piece will be a pre-paid return envelope. We kindly ask for your assistance to pack the wrong items into the return envelope and drop it at the nearest post box at your earliest convenience.
We do not accept or arrange for one-on-one exchanges at this time. Kindly refer to our return policy where you can return your items for store credit to repurchase the items in your desired colour/size.
All online purchases made directly through YOUNGHUNGRYFREE.COM are valid for a refund in store credits within 30 working days of receipt (Local) / 45 working days of receipt (International). Our return process is conducted primarily via post, if you wish to drop your return package at our pop-up store/HQ, kindly follow the same process and inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org of the deposit at our pop-up store/HQ.

All purchases at our pop-up stores or stockists are subjected to their separate return conditions and policies.
Returns that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for return and will be declined. A $2 handling fee will be charged per return, with effect from 1 April 2017.
- Merchandise must be returned within specified working days after receipt: 30 days (Local), 45 days (International).
- Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed and unworn condition.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and in resalable condition.
- Sales items, intimates and swimwear are not eligible for returns.
- Orders placed using Return Credit Vouchers / Promotion* / Discount Codes will not be eligible for returns**.
For returns to be valid, the request for the return of items have to be submitted and mailed back within the stipulated time frame. All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and unfortunately we will not be able to refund duties and/or taxes.
Customers are advised to mail returns via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Young Hungry Free will not be liable for lost mail and returns will not be processed if the item does not reach us. All return packages are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase with the returned store credits will not be reserved/guaranteed.
*With effect from 1 April 2017, returns are accepted on items purchased with the weekly launch newsletter promotion code.
** Voucher Codes used on orders that will not be eligible for returns are Return Credit Vouchers that start with V and ends with your Order Number i.e. VxxxCxxxxxO#####, and the 16-digit voucher code generated for returns credited after 1 April 2017.
HOW TO RETURN
- Go to MY ACCOUNT > RETURNS to enter the return request module.
- Enter your associated Order Number and Email of the order you wish to return.
- Select checkbox next to the item(s) you wish to return within the order.
- Select the best reason for the return from the pre-set drop down list next to your item.
- Select the return method you wish to use.
We currently only have a return for store credit option available, with a $2 handling fee. (Updated 1 April 2017)
- Upon submitting the return request, you should receive a confirmation email within 1 working day. The email will contain more details with sending your return.
- Follow the instructions as listed in the email to pack your items and send the parcel to the address indicated in the return confirmation email or follow the format of the one below:

- Send the parcel’s tracking number (if any) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- You will receive an email once we have received your return parcel and processed the return. The Return Credit Voucher will be automatically sent to your email once it has been issued.
The Return Credit Voucher will expire in 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We will not be able to process your return if we do not receive your parcel.
STORE CREDIT / RETURN CREDIT VOUCHERS
- All credits can only be used online at www.younghungryfree.com and is non-transferrable to another person or account.
- Store Credits are issued when you opt for a store credit refund instead of a cash refund.
- Store Credit expiry will be informed upon issue.
- Return Credit Vouchers are issued only for merchandise returns, and is listed as a gift card voucher in the system.
- Return Credit Vouchers expire in 90 days from date of issue.
- Return Credit Vouchers are strictly non-refundable nor extendable.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the credits issued will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
