DEFECT / ERROR
In the rare case where we have made an error with your order, such as an incorrect item received or if the item received is defective, kindly email us at customerservice@younghungryfree.com with the following details within 10 days of delivery:
- Order Number
- Pictures clearly showing the defect or wrong item received
Our Customer Care Team will get back to you within 1 working day.
Our standard procedure on errors would be to arrange a one on one exchange with our courier company. If your item is no longer in stock, a refund in cash or store credit will be offered.
Along with your correct order/replacement piece will be a pre-paid return envelope. We kindly ask for your assistance to pack the wrong items into the return envelope and drop it at the nearest post box at your earliest convenience.

EXCHANGE
We do not accept or arrange for one-on-one exchanges at this time. Kindly refer to our return policy where you can return your items for store credit to repurchase the items in your desired colour/size.

RETURNS
All online purchases made directly through YOUNGHUNGRYFREE.COM are valid for a refund in store credits within 30 working days of receipt (Local) / 45 working days of receipt (International). Our return process is conducted primarily via post, if you wish to drop your return package at our pop-up store/HQ, kindly follow the same process and inform us at customerservice@younghungryfree.com of the deposit at our pop-up store/HQ.
- We currently have no pop-up store established. (Updated 1 April 2017)

All purchases at our pop-up stores or stockists are subjected to their separate return conditions and policies.
Returns that do not meet the return conditions will not be eligible for return and will be declined. A $2 handling fee will be charged per return, with effect from 1 April 2017.
Return Conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned within specified working days after receipt: 30 days (Local), 45 days (International).
- Merchandise must be in its original brand new, never washed and unworn condition.
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and in resalable condition.
- Sales items, intimates and swimwear are not eligible for returns.
- Orders placed using Return Credit Vouchers / Promotion* / Discount Codes will not be eligible for returns**.
For returns to be valid, the request for the return of items have to be submitted and mailed back within the stipulated time frame. All additional shipping fees will be borne by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and unfortunately we will not be able to refund duties and/or taxes.
Customers are advised to mail returns via a mode of delivery that allows tracking. Young Hungry Free will not be liable for lost mail and returns will not be processed if the item does not reach us. All return packages are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns are final. Items you wish to repurchase with the returned store credits will not be reserved/guaranteed.
** Voucher Codes used on orders that will not be eligible for returns are Return Credit Vouchers that start with V and ends with your Order Number i.e. VxxxCxxxxxO#####, and the 16-digit voucher code generated for returns credited after 1 April 2017.

HOW TO RETURN
- Go to MY ACCOUNT > RETURNS to enter the return request module.
- Enter your associated Order Number and Email of the order you wish to return.
- Select checkbox next to the item(s) you wish to return within the order.
- Select the best reason for the return from the pre-set drop down list next to your item.
- Select the return method you wish to use.
We currently only have a return for store credit option available, with a $2 handling fee. (Updated 1 April 2017)
- Upon submitting the return request, you should receive a confirmation email within 1 working day. The email will contain more details with sending your return.
- Follow the instructions as listed in the email to pack your items and send the parcel to the address indicated in the return confirmation email or follow the format of the one below:

- Send the parcel’s tracking number (if any) to customerservice@younghungryfree.com.
- You will receive an email once we have received your return parcel and processed the return. The Return Credit Voucher will be automatically sent to your email once it has been issued.
The Return Credit Voucher will expire in 90 days and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We will not be able to process your return if we do not receive your parcel.

STORE CREDIT / RETURN CREDIT VOUCHERS
- All credits can only be used online at www.younghungryfree.com and is non-transferrable to another person or account.
- Store Credits are issued when you opt for a store credit refund instead of a cash refund.
- Store Credit expiry will be informed upon issue.
- Return Credit Vouchers are issued only for merchandise returns, and is listed as a gift card voucher in the system.
- Return Credit Vouchers expire in 90 days from date of issue.
- Return Credit Vouchers are strictly non-refundable nor extendable.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the credits issued will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery options are available for orders with delivery addresses in Singapore. All orders will be processed and mailed within two working days via the carrier selected for your order. (We do our best to be ninja fast with dispatch, like within the day, but there are times where there can be delays.)

Standard Courier parcels come with tracking services. The tracking number of your order will be updated upon dispatch. Items will reach you in 1 – 2 working days when shipping confirmation is received via email from Young Hungry Free.

Collection is usually available for pick up within the day of processing unless there are complications with your order.
Kindly wait for an email and shipping confirmation to be sent before heading down for collection, or email in upon making your order so we’ll see it and arrange to have your order rushed as soon as possible.
Parcels not collected within 2 months will be discarded. No refunds will be made for this case.
Cut-off time for local orders is 1PM on a usual working day. Orders confirmed and paid after 1PM cannot be guaranteed to be processed and dispatched within the day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International parcels via Standard Shipping will take an additional 3 - 5 working days before it is picked up and sent to the sorting facility for shipment.
We ship to virtually any address in the world via DHL.
We send Standard Shipping parcels via DHL Global Mail. International B2C shipping backed by their strong group network and experience, offering shipping services covering more than 220 countries.
Parcels will reach you within estimated range-definite transit times with milestone tracking and delivery confirmation in key countries.

All international parcels will be registered with DHL Global Mail for security and accountability. A Shipment ID/Tracking ID will be entered in your order details and updated via email when the parcel is sent out. You can track your parcel at:
Please note that with overseas registered articles, scan events can differ from post to post. How DHL Global Mail works is that the parcels are handed over to local partnered postal services to conduct the delivery in destination countries. If there are no scans at the destination country by the partner, we won't be able to see an update.

MISSED DELIVERY
Honestbee will only make two attempts for delivery. After two failed deliveries, they will return your parcel to us. Please ensure that your mobile number provided during ordering is accurate as they will call for advice on delivery should no one be at the location to receive the parcel.
For International Orders, DHL Global Mail will hand over your parcel to local partnered postal services to conduct the delivery in destination countries. If you have missed a delivery from them, it is likely that the parcel will be available for collection at your local post office, or as per your usual postal service’s procedure for missed deliveries.
DHL Express should leave you a slip regarding the next redelivery time, or you can call their hotline to arrange for redelivery.
Please note that we will not be liable for the redelivery costs should the package be returned to us.

DELAY
It is our experience that delays are more likely to occur during peak periods such as Chinese Lunar New Year, Christmas and New Year’s Day. We do our best to update you with any information on delays. We seek your assistance to be patient during this period and check the tracking numbers provided for any movement.
For local orders, Honestbee will contact you directly should there be any delay with your delivery.

INCOMPLETE/INCORRECT ADDRESS
In the case of incomplete addresses via Honestbee, they will call you to clarify on the missing/erroneous unit number.
In the case of incorrect address, if it is an existing address that can be delivered to, we are unable to guarantee that we can retrieve the parcel. Should the address not exist, Honestbee will contact us or arrange for the return the package.
International orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses should be returned to us upon failed delivery. This process however, can take up to 1 month.
Redelivery costs will be chargeable.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM HONESTBEE SAYING MY PARCEL WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.
Roadbull should contact you via mobile should there be no one to receive the parcel during the time of delivery. However, depending on the driver, they might place it at a safe place that is available instead. Please do check available spaces such as: shoe cabinets, shoe racks and dry risers near your unit.
If you still do not find the parcel then, please do make a check with our Customer Care Team at customerservice@younghungryfree.com with your Order Number, tracking number and we’ll make a follow up with the courier company.
I HAVE MADE AN ORDER DURING YOUR SALE PERIOD BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. IT’S BEEN 2 DAYS. IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG?
Thank you so much for your support during the sale. As there is a huge sudden influx of orders, especially during sale periods, we might take a while longer to fulfil all the orders. We hope for your kind patience with us as we do our best to send out as many orders within the day and update statuses accordingly. Orders without tracking might find status updates to be 1 day late as we prioritise dispatching orders first.
