- What is THE SPACE?
THE SPACE: The Warehouse Sale 2023 is our physical warehouse sale event happening this year over two weekends on 24-26 Nov, and 1-3 Dec. You'll find tons of great deals with marked down prices, exclusive designs and merch designed specially for the event!
- Where is the warehouse sale held?
This year’s warehouse sale will be at our HQ! 31 Bukit Batok Crescent, #01-24 The Splendour, Singapore 658070
There will be flights of stairs to climb. Kindly inform the team in advance if you require assistance.
The event areas will be split into three floors:
L2 - Registration / Cashier / Merch
L3 - Size M - XXL
L4 - Size XS - S
IMPORTANT: Movement between L3 & L4 is flexible during your shopping time. You are required to clear the floors and head down to L2 to shop for your merch and head to payment. Upon entering L2, regardless of the duration remaining for your time slot, you will not be allowed access back to L3 or L4.
- How do I attend the warehouse sale?
THE SPACE: The Warehouse Sale 2023 is a ticketed event! Tickets will be on sale Monday, 20 Nov at 8pm.
Tickets for Launch #ONE 24-26 Nov will be for sale at 8pm.
Tickets for Launch #TWO 1-3 Dec will be for sale at 9pm.
Purchase your tickets once they're released online (as per usual launches) and show up on your selected date and time! You will receive an automated confirmation email for your purchase, and another follow up (2) days before your selected date.
Tickets are priced at $20 and can be used to offset your purchase at the sale.
- How do I pay at the warehouse sale?
We accept Cash and PayNow/PayLah! (We prefer contactless.)
- Can I purchase more than one ticket or buy for my friends?
If you’re coming with your friends, or plan to come on multiple days, you can buy the tickets you need! There is no limit to how many tickets you can buy.
Ensure that each person entering the sale will have their own individual ticket for the specific time slot!
Come with your friends and purchase 5 or more tickets in a single order for a single slot to get a special edition Space Friends Socks for free! You'll get one pair for each person in your group 🚀 Socks are issued in order following time of purchase of 5 or more tickets in a single slot in a single order, while stocks last.
- Will tickets be sold at the door? When will ticket sales stop?
Tickets will only be available online. Sale of tickets will end when all slots are full, or at 11pm the day before (i.e. Saturday tickets will be available for sale until Friday, 11pm).
- I changed my mind, can I get a refund for my ticket? What happens if I am late or missed my slot?
All ticket sales are final. In the event of no-show, tickets sold are not refundable. Time slots are fixed and confirmed at time of purchase, no cancellations, extensions or re-entry will be allowed.
If you are late, you will still be allowed into the shopping area to shop the remaining duration til the end of your selected time slot.
Please arrive no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled slot for registration. Entry to the shopping area will be done in batches for crowd control, arranged in ascending order numbers.
- Will the sales be online as well? Will warehouse sale exclusive pieces be available online after the sale?
The warehouse sale is a physical sale event only. We are unable to guarantee any availability of the warehouse sale exclusive pieces or merch for sale online as all the stocks will be prioritised during the physical sale.
Following demand and requests from our previous sale events, unsold warehouse sale exclusive pieces and merch from the physical event will be stocked online at retail price.
- What are the items available at the sale?
Our ENTIRE warehouse inventory (excludes the last two launches - OCT5, NOV1 and Back Orders), warehouse sale EXCLUSIVE PIECES and MERCH!
Each weekend will see a different set of items. Available designs will be displayed and restocked on a best effort basis, until sold out. You can browse all the items we have available, categorised by the two weekends here.
- Will stocks be replenished throughout the sale?
Yes! Restocks are done in-between sessions. Warehouse exclusive stocks have been allocated for each time slot.
We will release a fixed number of warehouse exclusive items at each time slot. Existing inventory will be displayed on a best effort basis. We seek to not leave any empty hangers behind!
Merch will be while stocks last.

- Can I reserve or request for items at the sale?
No. We will be unable to withdraw specific items or make reservations for any pieces whether before or during the sale. Items available would already be displayed on racks or in wagons, with a restock done before your time slot.
You can plan and wish list pieces you’re eyeing by browsing all the items we have available, categorised by the two weekends here!
- How will the items be categorised?
Items on racks and in wagons will be sorted by size!
- How many people will be allowed in the sale area?
Only team members and people with tickets are allowed to enter the premises. Due to space constraints, please leave your +1s at homw as there is no waiting area within/around the premises.
- Can I try the items at the warehouse sale? Are there fitting rooms?
Strictly no trying on items of any kind!
- What do I need to bring for the sale?
Please have your ticket order number and/or confirmation email ready for registration. Pack light in a small bag, there will be a bag check before entry. We accept payment via Cash or PayNow/PayLah only. Bring your own shopping bag if you require.
For purchases over $80 you’ll get a free shopping tote!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- One ticket entitles only (1) person’s entry to THE SPACE for 30-minutes of shopping time. No additional accompanying guests will be allowed to enter the premises.
- The ticket price of $20 will be used to offset your purchase at the sale.
- All ticket sales are final. Time slots are fixed and confirmed at the time of purchase, no cancellations, extensions or re-entry.
- Entry will only be granted in batches during your selected time slot, following your order number in ascending order.
- Tickets sold are not refundable in the event of no-show.
- The resale of tickets at any price is prohibited. We reserve the right to cancel or reject entry for tickets that have been transferred or resold.
- All sales of items at the sale are final. No exchanges, returns or refunds will be made. Please check your items before purchasing and leaving the cashier.
- You will receive a second confirmation email with more details (2) days prior to your selected date.
- Young Hungry Free reserves the right at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove these terms and conditions without prior notice.
