We’re looking for a responsible, detail-driven, hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced, physical environment. Someone who shows up, follows through, and takes pride in doing work properly. You’ll be supporting in backend tasks that directly impact our weekly drops - the heartbeat of YHF.

What You’ll Do

Keep Daily Ops Running Smoothly

• Carry out daily tasks assigned by the Operations Executive.
• Assist in pick, pack, and dispatch of online orders with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain packing standards, cleanliness, and organisation of all work areas.
• Support weekly launch preparations by sorting, organising, and prepping products.

Handle Inventory with Care

• Assist with stock replenishment and restocking.
• Perform basic quality checks on merchandise.
• Help conduct weekly stock counts as assigned.
• Receive, unpack, and organise new shipments.

Be the Backbone of the Warehouse

• Keep storage and packing zones clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Complete ad-hoc operational tasks whenever needed.

Adapt quickly to daily priorities - because every day in Ops is different.

• Able to commit at least 3 fixed weekdays per week
• Responsible, punctual, and consistent in attendance
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks
• Efficient, organised, and able to follow instructions well
• Someone who can stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Location and Hours

• In-office position
• YHF HQ @ Shriro House, 11 Chang Charn Rd
• Minimum 3 working days per week
• Full day: 10am–7pm; Half day shift 2pm–7pm
