Courier delivery is available and complimentary for all orders over S$20 with delivery addresses in Singapore.
All packages are tracked and shipped from our Singapore office via our selected third-party delivery partners after processing and fulfilment. While we do our best to be quick with dispatch, like within the day, but there are times where there can be delays.

Courier packages come with tracking services. The tracking number of your order will be updated upon dispatch via a shipping confirmation email.
Cut-off time for local orders is 11AM on a usual working day. Orders confirmed and paid after 11AM cannot be guaranteed to be processed and dispatched within the same day.
We ship our International packages via Standard Shipping and will take up to additional 2-3 working days before it is picked up and sent to the sorting facility for shipment.
Parcels will reach you within estimated range-definite transit times with milestone tracking and delivery confirmation in key countries.

A Shipment ID/Tracking ID will be entered in your order details and updated via the shipping confirmation email once the package is dispatched.
BACK ORDER DELIVERY
The estimated date of arrival of the back order at our warehouse will be stated in the back ordered product description, subjected to unforeseeable delays. Dispatch of back orders will be completed within 1-2 working days upon arrival.
Split shipping is available for delivery to Local addresses only. Local orders with back order and in stock items will have a one-time split shipment, this is automated during processing and your in stock items will be processed for dispatch first. Back orders with different arrival dates in the same order will be held until your complete order can be fulfilled. Additional charges may apply for any further arrangement for separate delivery.
In most cases, Local couriers will make two attempts for delivery. After two failed attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. Ensure your correct and complete address along with your contact number is provided. Any order with incomplete or incorrect information may result in unsuccessful or delayed deliveries, or returned.
Any unclaimed parcels returned or failed delivery due to an error on your part will incur a redelivery fee.
It is our experience that delays are more likely to occur nearing and over festive periods. We do our best to update you with any information on delays. We seek your assistance to be patient during this period and check the tracking numbers provided for any movement.
If you have opted for contactless delivery, delivery agents will leave your purchase at your doorstep unless otherwise instructed.
INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ADDRESS
You may be contacted by delivery agents assigned to your parcel for clarification on missing or erroneous unit numbers. Alternatively, if you have supplemented us with your correct and full address we will be able to pass it on.
In the case of incorrect addresses, if it is an existing address that can be delivered to, we are unable to guarantee that we can retrieve the parcel. Should the address not exist, your parcel will be arranged to be returned to us.
International orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses should be returned to us upon failed delivery. This process however, can take up to 1-3 months.
Ensure your correct and complete address along with your contact number is provided. Any order with incomplete or incorrect information may result in unsuccessful or delayed deliveries, or returned.
Redelivery costs will be chargeable.
Once your package has been handed over to our third-party delivery partners, it is under the responsibility of them and Young Hungry Free shall not be responsible for any lost parcels if substantial proof of delivery can be provided. Any reports of lost packages will be escalated to the respective third-party delivery partner and Young Hungry Free will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims, if any, on a case-by-case basis.
