Full-Time min. commitment period of 1 year

We are seeking an uncompromising, high-level team member with a proven track record in rigorous timeline control, acute fashion sensibility, and strategic foresight to manage and elevate our seasonal collections. This role demands strict adherence to production schedules, ensuring every step of the end-to-end production process—from initial concept development to final product launch—is executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will not only drive creative vision but also enforce unyielding control over deadlines, maintaining rigorous standards across all production phases.

Responsibilities

Creative & Strategic Planning

  • Develop and direct concepts for annual campaigns and catalog collections, setting a decisive creative tone for both the marketing and creative teams.
  • Establish strict deadlines for creative deliverables, ensuring comprehensive mood boards and collection plans that reflect current trends and brand identity are executed on schedule.

Production Oversight & Quality Control

  • Enforce a strict production timeline by overseeing every stage—from sample creation to final photoshoot execution—ensuring each deadline is met with precision.
  • Rigorously review production samples for construction, workmanship, color consistency, and finishing touches, holding teams accountable for meeting quality and time standards.

Vendor & Factory Coordination

  • Liaise directly with factories and suppliers to meticulously manage the production process—from sample creation to cargo logistics—ensuring all deadlines and quality benchmarks are strictly adhered to.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors for sourcing, production, and photoshoot samples, maintaining clear, continuous communication and proactively addressing any delays.

Operational Excellence & Systems Management

  • Implement and maintain real-time tracking systems to provide complete visibility over project timelines and internal progress, alerting teams to any deviations from established schedules.
  • Organise and manage essential production resources, including fabric swatch libraries and trims, ensuring their availability aligns with tight production deadlines.
  • Oversee backend product management, including rigorous checks on measurements, model stats, and descriptions, to guarantee seamless and timely product listings ahead of launch.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in collection planning, production management, and vendor coordination within the fashion industry.
  • Proven expertise in enforcing strict timelines and managing the entire production process from start to finish, ensuring no deadline is missed.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong fashion sensibility, coupled with a proactive approach to solving design and production challenges under tight schedules.
  • Superior communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and organisational abilities, with demonstrable experience in maintaining robust tracking systems and managing backend product data.
