We’re looking for an Senior Executive who takes pride in efficiency, organisation, and follow-through. Someone who enjoys keeping things running behind the scenes, spots issues early, and always looks for ways to make processes sharper and smoother.
In this role, you will own day-to-day backend operations, support our weekly launches, and guide our part-time operations team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and speed. You’ll be the steady anchor on the ground - overseeing execution, maintaining standards, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
Run the Operations Engine

Own daily backend workflows to ensure speed, accuracy, and smooth execution.

Plan and organise daily task schedules for part-timers based on priorities and order volume.

Guide, train, and supervise part-timers to ensure consistent standards and output.

Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements.

Troubleshoot operational issues independently and take swift, solution-oriented action.
Make Fulfilment Flawless

Ensure all online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Maintain high standards of packing quality and presentation.

Coordinate daily fulfilment flow for efficiency and minimal errors.
Keep Inventory Precise

Conduct regular stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy across all SKUs.

Perform quality checks, replenishment, restocking, and systemised warehouse organisation.

Receive, unpack, and prepare weekly shipments for launch readiness.

Flag discrepancies, damages, or risks early to keep operations running smoothly.
Deliver a Thoughtful Customer Experience

Serve as the primary point of contact for online customer queries.

Provide prompt, clear, brand-aligned responses that reflect YHF’s tone and values.

Resolve customer issues with care, efficiency, and sound judgment.

We’re Looking For

Prior experience in operations, fulfilment, or customer service is a plus.

Strong command of written and spoken English.
