Internship – min. commitment 3 months, 6 months preferred

The Marketing Communications function comprises of design, implementation and management of a range of online and offline communication strategies. You will create and promote specific and/or cohesive brand messaging across our social media to increase our brand awareness and visibility. You will also be working closely with the Creative Department in areas of administrative and logistical workloads. With your help, the Marketing and Creative Departments will be able to put to use and deliver our best work.


  1. Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for Instagram and Facebook feeds.
  2. Manage and maintain a posting schedule across all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and TikTok.
  3. Interact with community members, users and customers and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments in a personable and timely manner.
  4. Assist in the coordination and management of social media, community marketing and influencer marketing strategy; monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
  5. Studio Area Management; rack preparation to get SKUs in order and tracked, support studio operations and shoot schedules.
  6. YHForAll; talent scheduling and coordination of shoot schedules, ensure product information and other necessary details are communicated to Talents in advance.
  7. Styling, wardrobe preparations and filming for Try Ons.
  8. Attend shoots as required; content creation and filming as required and outlined by Creative Department.
  9. Livesteam support.
  10. Any other related work required.


  • Superb customer service, administrative, and ability to write and generate content required.
  • Familiarity with social media channels and best practices for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • A team player, creative, efficient and honest.
  • Able to work independently and well under deadline and pressure.
  • Able to plan, prioritise, organise, meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Able to establish good rapport with current and potential customers.
  • The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, resourceful and a self-starter.
