Romance meets structure in the Dahlia Dress from State of Bloom. Made from 100% cotton, it features a panelled, padded bodice that flows into a full A-line midi dress. A concealed side zip and adjustable back lacing complete the design. Pair it with heels and a lace headband for garden parties or evening plans.
